NOTE: 5 Feet Safety Buffer is added to the length of all vehicles being stored in covered parking spaces.

For example: a boat on a trailer that measures 20' from the tongue of the trailer to the back of the outboard engine would require a 25' space.

TRAILERS MUST HAVE WHEEL CHOCKS IN PLACE (BOTH SIDES) WHILE STORED.

ALL VEHICLES/TRAILERS ARE TO BE POSITIONED WITHIN 3 FEET FROM ASPHALT IN COVERED STORAGE SPACES.

Our parking storage allows for vehicles, boats, or even recreational vehicles (RVs), storage for an extended period of time when they are not in use. This service is especially useful for people who may not have adequate space to park their vehicles at home or for those who need to store their vehicles during certain seasons, like winter.

Outdoor Parking: Vehicles are parked in an open, outdoor area. It's our most affordable option.

Covered Canopy Parking: Covered parking protects vehicles from sun and rain.
